At Maranatha Baptist Church, our mission is to Exalt the Lord, Evangelize the Lost, and Edify the Believer. We exist to glorify God through passionate worship, faithfully proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ to a lost and dying world, and strengthen believers through biblical teaching, discipleship, fellowship, and service. By the power of the Holy Spirit, we seek to make Christ known, grow in His likeness, and bring honor to His name in our community and beyond.

Exalting the Lord
“O magnify the LORD with me, and let us exalt his name together.” — Psalm 34:3

Evangelizing the Lost
“Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father,
and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:” — Matthew 28:19

Edifying the Believer
“And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:” — Ephesians 4:11-12

A message from our pastor

Thank you for taking the time to learn more about Maranatha Baptist Church. It is our sincere desire to be a church where Christ is honored, God’s Word is faithfully preached, and people are encouraged to grow in their relationship with the Lord.

Our mission is simple: Exalting the Lord, Evangelizing the Lost, and Edifying the Believer. Everything we do is centered on glorifying Jesus Christ and helping people take their next step of faith. Whether you are seeking answers, looking for a church home, or desiring to grow deeper in your walk with God, we would be honored to serve you.

The Bible tells us, “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved” (Romans 10:13). There is hope, peace, and eternal life found in Jesus Christ alone. We invite you to come worship with us and experience the joy of knowing Him.

I look forward to meeting you and growing together in the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ.

In Christ,

Pastor Philip Kopyscinski
