WHO WE ARE

A PLACE TO BELONG:  Maranatha Baptist Church is about people…people just like you.  Whether you’re married, single, single again, with or without children, a teenager, a college student, or a senior adult, we want you to feel welcome, accepted, and loved!  Our desire is to share in each other’s good times and help one another through the hard times.  Whether you’re a large family or a family of one, we invite you to see what our family is all about.

A PLACE TO BECOME:  At Maranatha Baptist Church you will receive the love, attention, and teaching you need to become all that God created you to be.  Because God intends for every one of us to be in a growing relationship with His Son, and to become more and more like Him every day, every ministry endeavor is designed to either show people how to become a Christian, or to help them become a better one.  So regardless of where you may be in your spiritual life, we are here to help you.

A PLACE TO BELIEVE:
It does make a difference what you believe, and because of that, the Bible is at the center of all the teaching and preaching you will receive at Maranatha Baptist.  Because God has chosen to speak to us through the Scriptures, those who attend MBC are encouraged to read and study them, and to put what they’ve learned into action.  By allowing our beliefs to guide our behavior, we are able to represent Christ’s life and love to those around us.
